Schedule A Makeup Lesson

When your child is absent, a makeup token is added to your account. You can redeem this makeup token in the Parent Portal and schedule a makeup lesson.

How to Use a Makeup Token

1. Log in to your Parent Portal.

2. Click on “My Account”.

3. Under the student you’re booking for, click the “Makeups” box.

4. Click “Use Makeup Token”.

5. On the “Makeup Classes” page, use the filters to find the best day and time for your schedule.

6. Once you find the class that works for your child, click on it to view the class details.

7. Click “Use Makeup Token” again to confirm your booking.

8. Makeup tokens expire 60 days after the absence.
